Paula Young

Paula began her career with Ray White Forster Tuncurry as the Sales Administrator and following her performance in that role, was promoted to leader of the admin team after just 18 months of service.  Paula now works closely with Daniel as his executive assistant.

Paula has previously worked in the building industry as a building designer and project manager and, prior to that, spent many years in sales and administration for a variety of small and medium businesses.

Paula brings her commitment to service and her determination to bring out the best in herself and her team for the benefit of the community and Ray White's business to her role.

Paula was awarded "Sales Administrator of the Year" at the 2024 Australasian Real Estate Awards.

Outside of the office, Paula enjoys the beautiful natural environment of the Great Lakes area, everything related to health and wellbeing, and spending time with her family and friends.
