Ashleigh Pearson

Ashleigh made the move from the Mudgee region to the beautiful Mid North Coast to be closer to family. Born and raised in Sydney, she and her family first pursued their dream of a tree change, which has since evolved into the perfect mix of a sea and tree change.

Ash brings a friendly, positive and approachable nature to the team, backed by many years of experience across learning and development, team management, retail and administration. Since joining the real estate industry, Ash has become an integral part of the team, progressing into the role of Office Manager where she supports the day-to-day operations of the business and works closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly.

Her strong organisational skills, ability to learn quickly and genuine enjoyment of supporting others have made her a natural fit for the role.

Outside of work, Ash enjoys life on the property, watching the cattle from the front porch, planning the next yard, property or home renovation, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family and two energetic young boys.
